Housing study to help plan for the future of McDuffie County

McDuffie County will be participating in an upcoming regional housing study that will look at housing market trends throughout the region, among other factors that can affect the housing market.

James Upchurch, President and CEO of Forward McDuffie, said this study would be an important tool to help plan for McDuffie County’s future.

“This housing study is a vital tool for us to strategically plan for McDuffie County’s future,” he said. “Understanding our region’s housing market will help us attract new residents and businesses while maintaining the character and charm of our community.”
